I don’t need to explain to anyone why mothers are so important and how they make such a difference in their children’s lives. As I am in England studying the Queens of England, I see their handprints and their influence over kings, queens, and kingdoms. So today, I leave you with a poem I wrote about my mother’s influence on me. It’s a page straight from my book. I pray that if you are missing your mom today, God will give you comfort. If your mom is still with you, tell her how valuable she is to you. She might need to hear it.
“As a mother comforts her child,
so will I comfort you;
and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.” Isaiah 66:13
